For Chapter 4, I chose LabSim skill 4.4.1 (Paragraph and Line Spacing). As a college student, I do a lot of essays for my other classes but for some reason I always have this wrong line spacing that I don’t know how to adjust in few clicks only. I also make reviewers for my other classes. So, I really find this section helpful because I learned how to adjust the line spacing before or after a specific paragraph or the line spacing of the entire document.
For Chapter 5, I chose 5.6.1 (Formulas and Function). Well, I haven't tried using Excel outside LabSim but as a business major student who plans to own a business in the future, having enough knowledge with Excel is an advantage when it comes to tracking your business’s growth.
I envision myself finishing IS101-3004 smoothly to be honest, especially if I maintain my pace right now. Of course, with the help of Professor Wu, I think I would finish the class with new skills that I learned from my IS101-3004 class.
Hello Karylle, I am glad to hear that you see yourself finishing with more skills even this close to the end of the class.

ReplyDeleteHello Karylle, great you are chasing after new skills keep going.
ReplyDeleteA lot of the tools you mentioned like line spacing can be essential for business majors. Sometimes I move to fast and have to reread my work 2/3 times to ensure I didn't miss any errors. Its smart to focus on the small details now. Good luck in the final stretch for this class!
